MOVIE VIOLENCE

Teachers used to (57) …….. their students from watching gangster films. They said the students would all become gangsters (58) …….. they stopped watching (59) …….. violent films immediately!
Things haven’t altered a (60) …….. deal since then; people still believe that movies make people violent. (61) …….. months ago, our newspapers were full of (62) …….. about a violent criminal. The criminal (63) …….. a terrible crime. Some reporters said the man had become violent (64) …….. of watching a video called Rambo. But it was later revealed that the man didn’t own a video player and had probably never (65) …….. seen Rambo.
I agree we need rules about what can be shown in the cinema. But I hope they day never comes when we can (66) …….. longer aee ganster movies and action films (67) …….. James Bond in our cinemas.
